CHINESE BLACK TEA

4Items

Four Chinese black tea types: Guizhou (dark curled leaves), Osmanthus (tea with golden flowers), Rose (petal-blended), and Zunyi (golden-tipped) – showcasing fermentation levels and ingredient diversity.

Chinese black tea traces its origin to a particular historical era. Initially, it emerged in response to the demand for uniquely – flavored beverages in both domestic and global markets. Shaped with meticulous care by traditional techniques, Chinese black tea stands out with its distinctive characteristics. Starting from the painstaking selection of tender tea leaves, followed by a succession of elaborate procedures including withering, rolling, fermentation, and drying, every step reflects the masterful craftsmanship of tea – makers. The fermentation stage, in particular, is a critical process where the precise regulation of temperature and humidity acts like a subtle chemical reaction, imbuing the tea leaves with a deep – hued color and a rich, full – bodied flavor.
