Frequently asked questions

Shipping
How much does shipping cost to the US?
Shipping fees are split equally between buyer and seller, with a fixed rate of $X (calculated based on weight and destination). Tracking is included for all orders.
How long does delivery take from China?
Average transit time is 7-15 business days via direct airmail. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.
Do you ship to Alaska/Hawaii or international addresses?
Yes! US territories and international orders are welcome, but please contact us before purchasing to confirm fees and logistics.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Addresses cannot be modified once the order is shipped. Double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays.
Product Information
Are your teas organic and sustainably sourced?
Our tea garden is currently certified under China’s national organic standards (China Organic Product Certification), but we are not yet USDA-certified. Since the Chinese and USDA organic certification systems are not mutually recognized, we plan to obtain official USDA Organic Certification in the near future to ensure compliance with U.S. organic regulations.
How should I store your loose-leaf teas?
Each of our loose tea bags features a built-in resealable closure. After opening, simply snap the closure shut and store in a cool, dark place away from heat and moisture. Proper storage can maintain freshness for up to 18 months. For optimal quality, refrigerate your tea and keep it separated from other items to prevent flavor transfer.
Do you offer samples or trial sizes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide samples at this time. All orders are shipped directly from our source in Guizhou, China, and the combined costs of international shipping and handling would make sample requests financially impractical for both you and our small business. We hope to find a mutually beneficial way to work together in the future!
Can I request a specific harvest season or region?
Absolutely! Custom orders allow you to select tea types, harvest dates, and even specific gardens. Contact us to design your perfect blend.
