I. Program Overview
1. Program Purpose
Certification: Gardens are China Organic-certified (not USDA-certified) using pesticide-free, sustainable practices.
2. Eligibility
Mini Explorer: $55/month for 100 sq ft of tea garden.
Classic Collector: $129/quarter for 100 sq ft of tea garden.
Estate Curator: $249/year for 200 sq ft of tea garden.
II. Membership Benefits
1. Tea Harvest
Mini Explorer: 0.5 lb/month , in bulk 0.4-lb bags.
Classic Collector: 2 lb/quarter, in bulk 0.4-lb bags.
Estate Curator: 5 lb/year in bulk 0.4-lb bags, delivered monthly.
Premium Packaging: Upgrade to 1-lb branded boxes for $20/lb (additional cost).
2. Digital Benefits
Digital tea garden certificate.
Monthly garden report (photos, growth data, processing updates) emailed by the 20th of each month.
Real-time access to garden metrics via your account dashboard.
3. Physical Memorabilia
Classic & Estate Tiers: Personalized wooden garden plaque with your name, plot ID, area, and validity dates.
Estate Tier Only: Complimentary travel tea set ($35 value).
III. Fees & Payments
1. Base Costs
Mini Explorer: $55/month (auto-renewing).
Classic Collector: $129/quarter (auto-renewing).
Estate Curator: $249/year (auto-renewing).
2. Additional Fees
Premium packaging: $20/lb.
International shipping: Buyer responsible (7-15 day delivery from China).
Organic fees: Included in membership costs.
IV. Shipping & Delivery
1. Shipping Schedule
Monthly shipments with deadlines:
Orders placed by the 15th: Shipped by month-end.
Orders placed after the 15th: Shipped by the 15th of the following month.
Estate Curator: Monthly deliveries year-round. During the tea-free period (November–February), historical harvests are shipped.
2. Address & Logistics
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after order confirmation.
Direct airmail from China (7-15 day delivery).
International orders may incur customs duties (buyer responsibility).
V. Tea Selection
1. Tea Types
Mini Explorer: Choose 1 variety from 8 options (green/black tea).
Classic/Estate: Select green or black tea, or request custom blends.
2. Harvest Seasons
Main harvest: Mid-March–Mid-October (weather-dependent; updates via email).
Tea-free period (November–February): Orders receive historical harvests. Note “Hold for Spring” at checkout to wait for fresh tea.
VI. Membership Terms
1. Duration
Mini Explorer: Month-to-month.
Classic Collector: Quarter-to-quarter.
Estate Curator: Annual term.
2. Renewals
Renew 1 week before expiration by placing a new order and noting your original plot name/ID.
Lapsed memberships result in plaque removal and shipment termination.
VII. Refund Policy
Non-refundable: All subscriptions are final due to personalized cultivation.
Damaged Tea: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for resolution (replacement or partial refund).
VIII. Privacy & Data
Personal info (name, email, address) is used solely for order processing and garden management.
Plaque details include only name, plot ID, area, and validity dates.
IX. Additional Terms
1. Garden Visits
Visits to Guizhou tea gardens are welcome, but travel costs (flights, lodging) are the visitor’s responsibility.
2. Bulk Orders
Custom orders for 10+ lb available by contacting customer service.
3. Force Majeure
Delays due to weather, customs, or government policies will be communicated via email, with solutions .
